DESCRIPTION:An Open Forum on Flooding\nWhat’s working\, what’s needed?\nOverview\n\n\n\n\nJoin us to find out about preparing your community to respond to emergencies and adverse conditions \n\n\n\n\nIs your community prepared for flooding? \nHave you or your neighbours been affected by flooding or are concerned that you may be in the future?You are invited to a public meeting on Wed 24th September in Harbertonford Village Hall 6 – 8pm. \n\nShare your experiences\nFind out where to get help\nUnderstand how to navigate statutory services\nHear from Devon Community Resilience Forum\nPlan your response to flooding\nFind out why to plan\, what to include and hazards and risks to know about.\n\nDevon Community Resilience Forum helps communities plan and coordinate their responses to potential emergencies. We are not able to influence decisions about engineered solutions to flood management\, though we do pass our findings to relevant agencies and work with them so we can offer the best advice. \nDrinks and light refreshments will be provided. \nWe welcome members of other parishes.
