Third Annual General Meeting

Venue: Harbertonford Village Hall, Woodcourt Road, Harbertonford TQ9 7TY

Date: Wednesday, April 29, 2026, at 7.30 pm

The Bar will be open from 6.45 pm for drinks, with snacks on the house!

Members (shareholders) of THCL, and everyone interested in the future of our Community Shop are welcome, but only shareholders will be allowed to vote on or submit motions.

If you would like to propose a motion at the AGM, please submit it, seconded by another shareholder, to Jeremy Thorn, THCL Company Secretary: jwrthorn@hotmail.com

The deadline for inclusion on the agenda is April 13, 2026.

Attached is a copy of the THCL governing document/constitution.
